Welcome to Findr. By creating an account or using the app or website at myfindr.fun, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Findr.
Findr is strictly for adults 18 years of age or older. By using Findr you represent that you are at least 18. We may suspend or terminate accounts if we reasonably believe a user is under 18.
Findr is a location-based social / dating product that lets adults discover nearby people, view profiles, share media, and chat. Features may change, break, or be unavailable during MVP testing. We do not guarantee matches, meetings, or outcomes.
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information. Do not share your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Meetups are at your own risk. Use in-app Block and Report tools. Verify identities carefully offline. Findr is not a background-check service, emergency service, or law-enforcement agency.
You retain rights to content you upload, but grant Findr a limited license to host, display, transmit, and moderate it as needed to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or Community Guidelines.
Nearby discovery uses location permission. Discreet / alternate app icons or similar privacy features (when offered) do not change these Terms or remove age, safety, or content rules.
You may stop using Findr anytime. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risk, or for operational reasons. Account deletion tools will expand as the product matures; until then, email support to request deletion.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. Findr is not liable for user conduct, offline meetings, or indirect damages, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law. This section should be customized by counsel for your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice may constitute acceptance. Material changes should be surfaced in-app when feasible.
